Cybergirl: Charging (WIP)

Finally another sketch! So, I wanted to submit something for Halloween and this was sitting in my sketchbook from this week.
As I put on the title, it is a WIP (or Work in Progress for those of you who don't know), so I'll probably put the finished product up later.
